You must be at least 16 (13 in the United States) to use Makersfuel. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure, since sign-in is passwordless.

The publication, branding, and site design are owned by us or our licensors. Links to the portfolio products (Makersclaw, Assistiv.ai, AskCodi) and other third-party sites are provided for convenience; we're not responsible for their content or terms.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in the EU, UK, or your country of residence.
Termination
You can stop using Makersfuel and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of West Bengal, India have jurisdiction — without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
