What you submit
**You have 48 hours to get a real experiment running inside your startup.**
Not a plan for one. A running test, with the hypothesis written down before it started, traffic going through it, and a number you have agreed in advance to read.
If you have never run one, the win is the first: one page, two variants, one metric. If you already run them, the win is the machinery — a way to ship the next one in an hour instead of a weekend.
Possible directions: A signup path with two variants. Pricing page tests. Onboarding sequences. Subject lines. Feature flags. A holdout group. The instrumentation that makes any result readable at all. Something else entirely.
This is a build weekend. By Sunday the experiment should be live and collecting, and you should be able to say what result would change your mind.
